2024 Pool Information

We are excited for the 2024 pool season and happy to announce we are continuing to use the MOKO site for digital pool passes as it was a big success last year.

If you already have a digital pool pass account, please make sure to add new household members & their photos as needed.  If a change is required to your existing photos for current registered members, please contact [email protected] to further assist.

For those that are new to the community or just signing up this year, you will need to register for your digital pool pass at the below web address. Below is a "HOW TO" to assist with registration.  If further assistance is needed, please contact [email protected]

If you are a tenant, please make sure to have the homeowner and yourself fill out the Tenant Use of Facilities form and submit this to management OR upload to MOKO with a copy of the current lease.  You can find this form by going to https://www.loudouncrossinghoa.com/file/document/2303154278/WPH303bQLCVF9JM5.pdf 

If you have not registered for your digital pool pass prior to May 20, 2024, you will NOT have access to the pool opening weekend starting May 25, 2024.

WHILE PUBLIC SCHOOLS ARE IN SESSION (May – June)  

Monday -Friday                          4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. 

Saturday & Sunday                      11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. 

WHILE PUBLIC SCHOOLS ARE CLOSED 

Daily                   11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.  ** Note that the pool will close at 7p.m. on 4^th of July** 

 WHILE PUBLIC SCHOOLS RETURN TO SESSION (August – September) 

Monday -Friday                          4:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. 

Sat, Sun, Holidays                      11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Swimming Lessons: If you are interested in swim lessons, please speak with the pool manager/guards on duty at the pool.  Crystal Aquatics will be able to assist with options and scheduling as needed. All swim lessons must be coordinated directly with the pool management staff.

DIGITAL POOL PASS

Step One: Visit https://loudouncrossing.mokopass.com/

Step Two Click on SIGN UP

Step Three: Put your information in , this notification will pop up     

                    

Step Four: Look in your inbox or SPAM/JUNK folder for this email

Once you click it, it will be verified.

Step Five: Put all the required information, including picture of self with no one else in it.

Step Six: After your account has been approved and validated, please remember to add all additional household members with the required individual photo and information to ensure that they have access to the pool.
