Grounds & Facilities Committee
The purpose of establishing the Grounds and Facilities Committee is to allow the homeowners to provides suggestions and recommendations regarding overall the look and maintenance in of the common areas throughout the community and will also assists the Board with specific tasks and assignments such as information gathering, investigations, vendor contracts and other tasks as appropriate.
